Working alongside TKOS, an organisation on a mission to provide the expertise, tools and encouragement to enable local change-makers to focus on their passion and grow, we developed a growth platform for the Church of England.


The project objective was to support the network of local churches throughout England, with step by step guidance to help keep track of income, manage campaigns, plan budgets, access grant opportunities, and monitor progress.

Working with multiple stakeholders at the Church of England we developed 'Cornerstone' — designed to be a one-stop shop for impacting the mission health of their 16,000 churches across England.


The growth platform included financial tracking and insights, step-by-step paths to achieving goals, an extensive grant database and management tool and a funding action plan.


Throughout the project the platform was prototyped with parishes throughout England to help learn and refine the released version.


Cornerstone is now live with many churches in the Church of England network, with plans to continue rolling out the platform in the year ahead.
